Is that when you are purchasing shipping on Amazon for FBM orders? If it is that expensive, look for shipping elsewhere besides Amazon.

Imagine my surprise when i saw shipping cost for 25 kg bag of magnetite priced at almost 500 euro to be shipped from germany to croatia and the bag costs around 110 euro i think. For 500 euro you can buy 1 ton of magnetite so how is it possible that shiping for 25 kg bag can cost that much.

Hi Amio,

That seems right. For lower-priced items, the fees will eat up a lot of your revenue. Try to sell items that are over $10-$15.

Thank you for the article. I just start this and I’m about to ship my first package to Amz after I list all the products on my account. But, I notice some exaggerated fees on my inventory, whenever I check the ship/ fees etc. For ex, a book that I list for $8.50, I will get only $2.72 when it get sold. That is just ridiculous. Any help please?
