Hi Hawki,

We are working on providing more solutions to other marketplaces. You won’t be able to send a request twice, only once.

Hello Dave,

Do you have any feedback on Dave’s question for us?

When will it be available in the EU (Germany) and what happens if a request is sent twice (button is pressed twice) with your tool?

Many thanks.

Best regards
Hawki

Thus everyone’s results in an Amazon business will differ. So no promises or claims are made as to your income potential or lack thereof. And, of course every business has some risk involved. That said, Amazon is an huge opportunity and has helped my family and I have the lifestyle and freedom we want. Maybe it can do the same for you, if you apply some effort and energy to it.

1) As you pointed out after clicking ‘Yes’ using Amazon’s button you get the message “A review will be requested for this order. (Note: We will suppress this request if a review has already been requested for this order)”. What are they referring to exactly Since it’s impossible to request a review a second time? if you try you always get the following message “Not eligible at this time. You have already requested a review for this order.”)

2) You referenced JS Launch as an alternative to Amazon’s Request a Review button but can you use them both? E.g. Send a request using the button 2 days after delivery and program JS Launch to send an email 7 days after delivery. I know Amazon has limited review requests to one email per order but I’m not sure if that includes using Amazons button since it (the button) is funnelled through Amazon and so doesn’t go through the buyer-seller messaging centre

Are you still having issues?

Hi Robert,

If you already requested a review, the review system will not allow you to send a duplicate request.

Brian

( Unless the customer purchases separate orders.). I have noted this: “If the order is not ready for a review — because it’s not within the time frame or you’ve already sent a review request — you will not be able to click on this button.” But, please assure me that you system has been thoroughly tried and tested.

Thank you,

Robert
